How proof works.

One of Maya’s claims, from her CV to a recruiter’s screen.

  1. Your CV becomes claims on real projects.

A short interview turns your CV into claims. You put each one on the project where it happened and name who was there.

  2. The people who were there confirm it.

Each gets the claim by email. It takes about a minute and needs no account. They can confirm it, correct it or decline.

Maya Collins named you as the team lead on Onboarding rebuild at Fieldnote, Jan–Jun 2025. They’d like you to confirm one result:

    Lifted onboarding activation 22% → 31%

No account needed. You see only this claim.

  3. Recruiters see what’s proven, and who confirmed it.

By role on the project, never by name until you say so.

Trust comes from evidence, never from a setting.

Every claim shows how it is backed. You can add proof, but only evidence raises a trust level.

A confirmation counts for more the less it depends on you. Two people who only confirm each other never make a claim reference-verified on their own.

Asked to confirm something? It takes a minute.

Someone you worked with named you on a project you did together. Here is all it asks of you, and what you get back.

  • One claim, one project. Never their whole profile.
  • About a minute, no account. Confirm, correct or decline from the link.
  • It never says they’re looking for work. The request names the project and the claim, nothing more.
  • Corrections are welcome. A correction counts as a healthy signal, not a strike.
  • Keep your own part. Your role on the project, drafted only from what you confirmed.
  • Nothing kept without your tap. You sign in with a code sent to the same mailbox.

Plain answers.

Something else on your mind? Contact us.

Can my teammates see I’m looking for a job?

No. A request names the project and the one claim, and never says you are looking for work. Teammates never see your applications, your agent link’s visitors or your agent’s mode. We also suggest asking former colleagues before current ones.

What if my old manager doesn’t answer?

Nothing breaks. The claim keeps the level it already has, self-stated or document-backed, and your agent still uses it with that label. You can ask someone else who was on the project, such as another lead, a client or a peer. Reminders are limited, so nobody is chased.

Can’t a friend just confirm everything?

A confirmation counts for more the less it depends on you: a lead or a client counts more than a peer, and a peer more than a direct report. Two people who only confirm each other never make a claim reference-verified on their own, and a referee who confirms everything and never corrects counts for less.

Do you promise interviews?

No. We promise proof, not offers. GlinAgent makes your work believable and lets it answer for you through your agent link and the applications you choose to send. Whether anyone hires is up to them, and any recruiter who reaches out on their own is a bonus.

Who sees my name?

Nobody, until you accept an intro. Before that, recruiters see your headline, your proven wins without company names, the trust label on each one and who confirmed it, by role. You can also list employers your agent must never contact.

Will it polish or exaggerate my experience?

No. It uses only the claims you confirmed, in your wording. Trust levels come from evidence; you can add proof, but you cannot set a level yourself.

What if a recruiter asks something my agent doesn’t know?

It says so and sends the question to you. Your answer posts back to the same conversation.

Will it apply to jobs without asking me?

No. Every application waits for your confirmation. You submit it on the employer’s own site, with your tailored CV and answers ready to paste.

Which jobs does it look for?

Remote and multinational roles on employers’ own job boards. Each one is checked against your country, timezone and contract type before your agent looks at fit.

Can I delete everything?

Yes. Your account and vault are deleted at once, stored files within an hour, and backups within 35 days.

Start with the work you’re proudest of.

Name one project and who was there, and ask one of them to confirm one thing. Your agent link goes live with what you have confirmed.
